Position:Data Entry Operator

Location:Changodar Ahmedabad

Employment Type:Full time (In office)

Qualifications:Any Graduate

Key Responsibilities:
Enter and update purchase orders in the ERP/software system.
Maintain vendor, supplier, and product master data.
Verify purchase invoices and supporting documents.




Update inventory and purchase records accurately.
Prepare purchase reports using MS Excel.
Coordinate with the Purchase, Stores, and Accounts departments.
Maintain proper filing of purchase documents.
Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and timely completion of assigned tasks.
Good knowledge of MS Excel,(VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP) MS Word, and ERP/Tally software.
