We are looking for a persuasive and energetic communicator who thrives on human connection. In this role, you will be the voice of OMG Mediawork, proactively reaching out to prospects, sparking meaningful conversations, and turning cold calls into warm business opportunities. Responsibilities
Make daily outbound calls to prospective clients with confidence and clarity
Pitch OMG Mediawork's services in a compelling and engaging manner
Schedule and coordinate client meetings for the business team
Follow up diligently and maintain a healthy, active lead pipeline
Maintain accurate call logs and update lead records consistently

Requirements:
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Solid persuasion and objection-handling ability




High energy and resilience (comfortable with a heavy daily call volume)
Fluent in English and Hindi
Basic proficiency in MS Office or Google Sheets
Fresher or up to 2 years of experience (open for interns as well)
