Customer Support Executive - Call & Chat Process

Salary: ₹19,000-₹21,000 per month
Shift Timings:
9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries through calls and chat support.
Understand customer concerns and provide suitable resolutions.
Provide accurate information regarding products, services, or processes.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Escalate unresolved or complex issues to the appropriate department.
Update customer interaction details and records in the system.
Follow company procedures, quality standards, and communication guidelines.
Coordinate with internal teams for timely resolution of customer concerns.
Maintain a professional and customer-friendly approach during every interaction.
Meet assigned productivity and quality targets.

Eligibility Criteria
Minimum 6 Months to 1 Year of experience in BPO, customer service, call centre, or chat support.




Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
Solid customer service and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to handle calls and chats professionally.
Comfortable working from the Jaipur office.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
