We are looking for confident, customer-focused International Voice Process Executives with solid English communication skills and experience handling international customers.

Job Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls with customers based in the United States.
Provide professional, courteous, and effective customer support.
Understand customer concerns and resolve queries efficiently.
Handle complaints, service requests,



and follow-ups professionally.
Maintain accurate customer information and interaction records in CRM systems.
Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.
Build positive customer relationships through effective communication.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly productivity and quality targets.
Maintain required customer satisfaction and service-level standards.
Follow company policies, quality guidelines, and SLAs.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
Maintain confidentiality and accuracy while handling customer information.
Demonstrate professionalism and a customer-first approach during every interaction.

Required Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of experience in an International Voice Process.
Experience in US, UK, or Australian voice processes is preferred.
Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
