Established, high-energy beachside venue is looking for experienced Sr. Bartender / Mixologist and Asst. Bartender — joining immediately.

Salary negotiable - commensurate with experience and in line with industry standards.

Positions:
Sr. Bartender / Mixologist
Craft compelling infusions, syrups, clarifications etc.
Craft unique signature cocktails
Valuable undertanding of spirits and wines
Quick turnover of classic and signature cocktails
Should be experienced in leading bars in high-pressure venues
Highly diciplined and motivated, should be able to drive a team
5 yrs exp. in premium restaurants/resorts
Asst. Bartender
Should be familiar with wines, spirits and cockatils




Should have worked at quick-paced settings
Should be able to maintain bar stock and hygiene
1 yr exp. in upscale bars/resorts
