The Tender Manager is a critical role responsible for managing the end-to-end bid process. You will oversee the preparation of complex proposals, ensuring they are high-quality, competitive, and delivered on time. This role requires a blend of project management, technical writing, and commercial acumen to navigate legal and financial requirements while collaborating with various internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Bid Management: Lead the proposal process from initial "Go/No-Go" analysis to final submission and post-bid debriefs.
Risk Assessment: Review tender documentation to identify potential commercial, operational, or legal risks and propose mitigation strategies.
Quality Control: Edit and proofread technical and commercial responses to ensure they meet the client's evaluation criteria and reflect the company’s value proposition.
Compliance Management: Ensure all bid submissions comply fully with the instructions provided in the RFP (Request for Proposal) or ITT (Invitation to Tender).
Market Analysis:



Monitor procurement portals for recent opportunities and keep an updated database of competitors and market pricing trends.
Documentation & Reporting: Maintain a library of standard response templates and track "Win/Loss" ratios to drive continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience: [5+] years of experience in bid management, procurement, or a related commercial role.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a relevant field.
Technical Skills:
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (specifically Word and Excel).
