About the Role

Trianz is seeking an experienced and passionate Scrum Master to lead Agile delivery across engineering teams building Concierto Manage, our multi-tenant AIOps and cloud management platform.

As a Scrum Master, you will serve as a servant leader, enabling high-performing Agile teams by facilitating Scrum ceremonies, removing delivery impediments, driving continuous improvement, and fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability. You will work closely with Product Owners, Engineering Managers, DevOps, QA teams, and key stakeholders to ensure predictable, high-quality software delivery aligned with product roadmap objectives.

This role is ideal for professionals who combine deep Agile expertise with strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills, while maintaining a relentless focus on team effectiveness and customer value delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Agile Facilitation Delivery Management
- Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives, ensuring they are productive, time-boxed, and outcome-driven.
- Maintain and uphold the teams Definition of Done (DoD), sprint cadence, and release schedules aligned with Concierto Manage roadmap commitments.
- Monitor and communicate Agile delivery metrics including velocity, burndown/burnup charts, cycle time, lead time, and sprint health indicators.
- Identify delivery risks and coordinate cross-team dependencies to ensure smooth execution and timely releases.
- Support predictable sprint planning and effective backlog readiness practices.
- Impediment Removal Servant Leadership
- Proactively identify, track, and resolve obstacles impacting team productivity and delivery commitments.
- Shield engineering teams from unnecessary distractions and unplanned work during sprint execution.
- Coach team members toward self-organization, ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement.




- Foster a psychologically safe environment that encourages innovation, learning, transparency, and constructive feedback.
- Stakeholder Product Collaboration
- Partner closely with Product Owners to maintain a well-prioritized, groomed, and sprint-ready backlog.
- Facilitate backlog refinement sessions and ensure user stories contain transparent acceptance criteria.
- Provide regular updates on sprint progress, delivery risks, dependencies, and forecasted outcomes to engineering leadership and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with QA, DevOps, and Release Management teams to ensure deployment readiness and seamless delivery across Concierto Manage modules.
- Continuous Improvement Agile Coaching
- Lead retrospectives that result in measurable and actionable process improvements.
- Track and ensure closure of improvement actions across subsequent sprints.
- Promote Agile best practices, delivery excellence, and process standardization within the engineering organization.
- Coach Product Owners, Engineering Leads, and team members on Agile principles, Scrum roles, and effective collaboration practices.
- Evaluate and introduce complementary Agile approaches such as Kanban, Protected, Nexus, LeSS, or Shape Up where appropriate.

Required Qualifications

Agile Scrum Expertise

- 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or equivalent Agile delivery leadership role within a software product engineering environment.
- Strong understanding of Scrum methodology, Agile principles, Lean thinking, and iterative product delivery practices.
- Scrum certification such as CSM, PSM I/II, or equivalent Agile certification is required.
- Protected certification or experience working in scaled Agile environments is highly desirable.
- Proven success facilitating Agile ceremonies for both co-located and distributed teams.
- Delivery Management Metrics
- Hands-on experience with Agile project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of Agile metrics and reporting, including:
- Velocity tracking
- Burndown and Burnup charts
- Cycle Time and Lead Time
- Sprint Health Reporting
- Cumulative Flow Diagrams
- Experience managing releases involving multiple cross-functional teams and interdependent workstreams.
- Stakeholder Management Communication
- Exceptional facilitation, conflict resolution, and active listening skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities with experience presenting delivery updates, risks,



and sprint outcomes to senior leadership.
- Ability to work effectively with globally distributed teams across multiple time zones.

Technical Awareness

- Solid understanding of modern software engineering practices including:
- CI/CD pipelines
- Microservices architecture
- Cloud-native deployments
- DevOps practices
- Ability to engage credibly with engineering teams and facilitate discussions involving technical trade-offs.
- Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP) is preferred.
- Familiarity with AIOps, cloud management, or enterprise SaaS products is advantageous.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience scaling Agile across multiple teams using frameworks such as Secure, Nexus, or LeSS.
- Knowledge of OKR-driven planning and alignment of team-level outcomes with organizational goals.
- Experience in AIOps, ITSM, cloud operations, or cloud management platforms.
- Familiarity with Agile automation and reporting capabilities such as Jira Automation, Confluence templates, and delivery dashboards.
- Prior hands-on experience as a Software Engineer, QA Engineer, Technical Lead, or similar technical role.
