Role & responsibilities

Facilitate Agile delivery across product and engineering teams building digital services and instrument software. Coach teams on Agile best practices and remove impediments to delivery.

Responsibilities

- Facilitate sprint planning, daily standups, sprint reviews and retrospectives.
- Coach teams on Scrum, Kanban and Agile practices; foster continuous improvement.
- Work with Product Owners to maintain a healthy, prioritized backlog.
- Identify and remove impediments to team delivery.
- Track sprint metrics and report progress to stakeholders.
- Help scale Agile practices across multiple teams as needed.
- Relevant experience in software development in any backend/frontend technologies.

Requirements

- Proven experience as Scrum Master in software product teams.
- Solid facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with Agile tools (JIRA, Confluence).
- Ability to coach teams and resolve conflicts.
- Ability to understand the scope of the project and efforts needed (to be able to challenge the efforts estimated by team)
