Scrum Master / Project Manager Position OverviewWe are looking for a Scrum Master / Project Manager with 8+ years of industry experience to manage technology projects, drive Agile delivery, coordinate cross-functional teams, and provide effective project reporting and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead Scrum/Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Manage end-to-end delivery of technology and security projects.
- Develop and track project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, and deliverables.
- Work closely with Product Owners, Engineering teams, Business stakeholders, and Leadership.
- Facilitate requirement gathering and translate business requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and actionable deliverables.
- Identify and resolve project blockers, risks, and dependencies.
- Prepare project status reports, management dashboards, and executive-level updates.
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards for project and operational reporting.
- Create high-quality technical documentation, requirements, SOPs, process documentation, and project reports.
- Perform Business Analyst activities including requirements analysis, process mapping, and stakeholder coordination.




- Set up and manage SharePoint Web Apps/sites, pages, lists, libraries, and project collaboration spaces.
- Drive continuous improvement in Agile processes, project delivery, and team collaboration.

Required Skills & Experience
- 8+ years of experience in Project Management, Scrum Master, Delivery Management, or Business Analysis.
- Solid knowledge of Scrum and Agile methodologies.
- Proven experience managing complex technology projects and cross-functional teams.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, planning, and risk-management skills.
- Hands-on experience with Power BI and management reporting.
- Strong technical writing and documentation skills.
- Strong Business Analysis and requirements-management capabilities.
- Experience with SharePoint Web App/site setup and configuration.
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or ServiceNow.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or related field.
- PMP, CSM, PSM, or equivalent certification.
- Experience working with Cloud, Cybersecurity, Software Engineering, or DevOps teams.
- Experience working in large enterprise environments.
