Job Title : Scrum Master

Job Summary

- Agile Ceremonies Management
- Oversee scrum process and coach the team; facilitate transparency, inspection and adaptation
- Lead daily scrum, sprint review, and planning meetings in a way that ensures full team engagement
- Support the Product Manager and team in release planning
- Leverage sprint retrospectives to improve team performance across every sprint
- Remove impediments (e.g., cultural barriers, logistic challenges, coordination w/other teams)
- Developing an Agile Culture
- Guide the team and organization on how to use scrum & other Agile practices and methodologies
- Foster close cooperation across all team members, encourage cross-training and supporting each other; Create and maintain the appropriate channels for open communication within the scrum team (e.g. tracker boards, JIRA) to create a trusting and safe team workplace




- Facilitate discussions leading to collective decision-making, goal setting and conflict resolution within the team
- Continuously seek to improve team performance by promoting joint accountability for results and solving productivity issues
- Key Skills
- 5+ years of experience in Agile Development preferred with a deep understanding of agile techniques (e.g. User Stories, sprint reviews, retrospectives, etc.)
- At least 1 successfully delivered project using Scum methodology in the role as Scrum Master
- At least 3 successfully delivered technical projects with experience in software development and/or project management
- A relevant scrum certification would be a plus.

Qualifications:

B.Tech/BE degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or ECE
