Role Description The Script Writer will be responsible for developing original scripts and screenplays for a range of video and film projects, from concept through final draft. Day-to-day tasks include brainstorming ideas with directors and producers, outlining story structures, writing dialogue and scene descriptions, and revising scripts based on feedback.

The role requires close collaboration with the production team to ensure scripts are practical for filming, aligned with creative goals, and suitable for target audiences. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur,



requiring regular presence at the studio and occasional set visits to support production needs.

Qualifications

- Strong scriptwriting and scripting skills for short-form, long-form, and branded content.
- Experience creating screenplays with clear structure, character development, and compelling dialogue.
- Understanding of video production processes and the ability to adapt scripts to production constraints.
- Excellent writing skills, including grammar, clarity, and tone adjustment for different audiences.
- Ability to collaborate with directors, producers, and editors, and respond constructively to feedback.
- Proficiency in industry-standard script formatting tools or software (e.g., Final Draft or similar).
- Strong time management skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Film, Creative Writing, Media, Communications, or relevant experience in scriptwriting.
- Portfolio of previous scripts or screenplays demonstrating storytelling ability and originality.
