Scriptwriter (Personal Branding)

We’re looking for a Scriptwriter who understands the creator space and knows how to turn ideas into content people actually want to watch.

If you’re obsessed with social media, storytelling, creators, and viral content — and can write engaging scripts across different niches, we’d love to talk.

What You’ll Do

- Write engaging scripts for founders, creators, and personal brands.
- Develop content ideas, hooks, and scripts across multiple niches and industries .
- Understand the creator’s personality, audience, and positioning and write content that feels authentic to them.
- Research trends, viral formats, and audience behaviour to identify content opportunities.
- Write short-form scripts for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and other platforms .
- Develop content series and storytelling formats that can be consistently scaled.
- Work closely with content strategists and editors to ensure scripts are packaged for maximum retention and reach.
- Use AI tools to research, ideate, improve, and accelerate the content creation process.
- Write and optimise prompts for AI tools to generate better research, ideas, and content.
- Occasionally contribute to podcast content, episode ideas, and long-form scripts.

We’re Looking For Someone Who
- Has experience writing content for creators, founders, influencers,



or personal brands .
- Can write for different niches — from business and finance to tech, lifestyle, education, health, and beyond.
- Understands hooks, storytelling, retention, pacing, and audience psychology .
- Knows what makes people stop scrolling, watch till the end, share, and follow.
- Can adapt their writing style to different personalities and creator voices.
- Is highly curious, creative, and constantly consuming content.
- Has a strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube, and the creator economy.
- Is strong with AI tools and prompt writing and knows how to use AI as a creative and research partner.
- Takes ownership and brings recent ideas rather than waiting for briefs.

Bonus Points
- You’ve written scripts that have generated millions of organic views .
- You’ve worked with creators or founders with 100K+ followers/subscribers .
- You understand analytics and can improve scripts based on content performance.
- You actively create or experiment with content yourself.
