We're Hiring: Script Writer

Can you take an ordinary business idea and turn it into a Reel people actually want to watch?

Montaz Medias is looking for a Script Writer to create engaging short-form content for founders, entrepreneurs and personal brands.

This is not traditional blog or article writing.

You'll research ideas, identify strong hooks and transform expertise, opinions, experiences and stories into content designed for attention, retention and authority building .

What You'll Do

- Write scripts for Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.
- Develop strong hooks and opening lines.
- Research clients, industries, competitors and audiences.
- Convert complex subjects into simple conversational scripts.
- Write educational, storytelling, opinion-led and promotional content.
- Develop founder stories and personal-brand narratives.
- Use curiosity gaps, pattern interrupts and retention techniques.
- Write natural and relevant CTAs.
- Turn raw ideas, voice notes and discussions into finished scripts.
- Adapt writing style to different founders and industries.
- Collaborate with video editors and content strategists.
- Revise scripts based on internal and client feedback.
- Analyze successful content and improve future scripts.

- Strong storytelling skills.
- Excellent written communication.
- Good understanding of short-form content.
- Strong research ability.
- Ability to write conversationally.
- Understanding of Instagram Reels and creator content.
- Ability to adapt tone according to each client.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to meet deadlines and handle revisions.

Preferred Skills
- Previous scriptwriting experience.
- Copywriting experience.
- Content strategy knowledge.
- Experience writing for creators or founders.
- Understanding of personal branding.
- Experience writing business or educational content.

Portfolio Requirement Portfolio is mandatory.

Please submit 3–5 scripts or published videos you've written.

0–2 years

Freshers with excellent writing ability are welcome to apply.

Compensation

₹2.16–₹2.64 LPA

Final compensation will depend on writing ability, portfolio and relevant experience.
