RESPONSIBILITIES

- Manage end-to-end SCM, Purchase, PPC, Stores & Logistics operations.
- Ensure uninterrupted material availability as per production requirements.
- Lead Vendor Development, Vendor Management & Negotiations.
- Monitor inventory levels, material planning and stock control.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Sales and Finance teams.
- Resolve material shortages, supplier delays and delivery issues.
- Drive cost reduction, inventory optimization and process improvements.
- Monitor SCM KPIs, MIS and supplier performance.
- Ensure adherence to company procedures and IATF 16949 requirements.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

Strong experience in Automotive / Gear / Engineering Manufacturing.

Hands-on experience in Purchase, PPC, Stores & Inventory Management.

Robust Vendor Development & Negotiation skills.

Good knowledge of ERP & MS Excel.

Strong leadership, analytical and communication skills.

Ability to manage teams and meet production/delivery targets.
