Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and analytical professional for the role of Senior Executive / Assistant Manager -Supply Chain Management. The candidate will be responsible for driving data-driven decision-making through MIS reporting, dashboard creation, and business analytics to enhance supply chain efficiency and performance. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Tableau, Power BI, and MIS reporting with experience in supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, maintain, and automate Supply Chain MIS reports and dashboards.
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Power BI and Tableau for business stakeholders.
- Monitor key supply chain KPIs including inventory, procurement, logistics, warehousing, and order fulfillment.
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities across the supply chain.
- Support demand planning, inventory optimization, and operational performance tracking.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Procurement, Logistics, Warehouse, Finance, and Operations.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely reporting for management review.




- Generate periodic business reviews and executive summaries for leadership.
- Drive reporting automation initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
- Provide actionable insights to support strategic and operational decision-making.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate/Post Graduate in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Logistics, Engineering, or related field.
- 5 - 8 years of experience in Supply Chain Analytics, MIS, or Business Intelligence roles.
- Hands-on experience with Power BI and Tableau.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, Macros preferred).
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms is preferred.
- Knowledge of supply chain processes including procurement, inventory, warehousing, and logistics.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
