ITS A CONTRACT TO HIRE(C2H) ROLE

- 3–5 years of experience in Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM / SCCM) in enterprise environments
- Strong expertise in designing, configuring, implementing, and upgrading MECM/SCCM environments
- Deep understanding of MECM architecture, components, roles, and dependencies
- Experience in large-scale patch management and vulnerability remediation strategies
- Hands-on experience in OS deployment (OSD), image management, and provisioning processes
- Experience in application packaging, testing, and enterprise deployment strategies
- Knowledge of BranchCache (Distributed & Hosted Cache) and WAN optimization techniques
- Ability to troubleshoot MECM issues, patch deployment failures, and replication challenges.
- Experience integrating MECM with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and enterprise network environments
- Familiarity with PowerShell scripting and automation, APIs, and tool integrations
- Basic knowledge of SQL and SSRS reporting for MECM
- Understanding of ITIL processes (Incident, Change, Problem Management)

- Collaborate with infrastructure, network, and security teams for solution delivery
- Extend MECM infrastructure to recent domains and environments (e.g., mergers & acquisitions scenarios)
- Develop and maintain automation scripts and reporting dashboards
- Maintain documentation, SOPs, and operational standards
- Support incident, problem, and change management activities aligned with ITIL
