Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Manager ?? Data & AI to lead complex, high-impact client engagements and deliver data-driven transformation programs. This individual will work closely with senior client stakeholders, manage project teams, and drive business value through cutting-edge application of data engineering, analytics, and AI technologies.

This is a strategic, client-facing leadership role requiring strong technical understanding, delivery excellence, stakeholder management, and business consulting experience.

Key Responsibilities

Client & Engagement Leadership

- Act as the primary engagement leader for Data & AI projects across multiple clients
- Build and maintain trusted executive-level client relationships
- Understand business challenges and translate them into data-driven solutions
- Lead pre-sales discussions, solution design, scoping and proposal creation

Project Delivery & Execution

- Oversee end-to-end delivery of complex Data, Analytics & AI programmes
- Manage cross-functional data teams (data engineers, data scientists, analysts, architects)
- Ensure delivery quality, scope adherence, timelines, and budget
- Establish data governance, delivery frameworks, and operational excellence practices

Technical & Strategic Leadership

- Develop data modernization, cloud analytics, MLOps and AI adoption strategies




- Guide team on data engineering, analytics, AI, ML, and Generative AI best practices
- Review architectures, models, pipelines and solutions for quality and scalability
- Drive innovation and adoption of emerging AI and GenAI capabilities

People Development

- Mentor and coach project managers and technical teams
- Lead talent development, workforce planning, and capability building
- Foster a high-performance, collaborative culture

Business Development

- Identify new opportunities within existing accounts
- Support organization-wide Data & AI GTM initiatives
- Represent the company in thought leadership, events, and client workshops

Qualification

Required

Qualifications & Skills

Education

- Bachelor??s/Master??s in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Statistics, or related discipline will be preferred
- MBA preferred but not mandatory
