Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) Consultant with 3-5 years of hands-on experience in SAP SD implementation, support, and enhancement projects. The candidate should possess strong knowledge of Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes and experience in configuring SAP SD modules to meet business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Configure and support SAP SD processes including:

- Sales Order Processing
- Pricing & Billing
- Shipping & Delivery

- Credit Management
- Returns & Rebate Management
- Gather business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
- Perform customization and configuration in SAP SD.
- Work closely with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Handle incident management, root cause analysis, and issue resolution.
- Participate in system testing, UAT, and production deployment activities.
- Prepare functional specifications for developments and enhancements.
- Support integration with MM, FI, WM/EWM, and other SAP modules.




- Conduct user training and create process documentation.
- Ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- SAP SD Certification is an added advantage.
- Experience in manufacturing, retail, automotive, or consumer goods industries is preferred.
