Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP Project Manager with 10+ years of IT experience and a proven track record of managing at least three end-to-end SAP implementation projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementations and possess a strong understanding of SAP cloud transformation offerings, including GROW with SAP and RISE with SAP . The candidate should demonstrate excellent stakeholder management, leadership, and project governance skills while successfully delivering complex SAP transformation programs.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementation projects from project initiation through hypercare and transition to support.
- Manage SAP transformation programs involving GROW with SAP and RISE with SAP.
- Drive project planning, execution, monitoring, governance, risk management, and successful delivery within agreed timelines and budget.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to define project scope, business requirements, and implementation roadmap.
- Manage project governance, steering committee meetings, executive reporting, RAID logs, and project financials.
- Coordinate with SAP functional consultants, technical teams, integration specialists, Basis, security, and partner organizations.
- Ensure adherence to SAP Activate methodology, Fit-to-Standard workshops, Agile delivery practices, and SAP Best Practices.
- Manage data migration, integrations, testing, cutover planning, go-live, and hypercare activities.
- Identify project risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans while ensuring proactive issue resolution.
- Drive change management, user adoption, and communication across business and IT stakeholders.
- Manage third-party vendors, implementation partners,



and offshore/onshore delivery teams.

Required Skills & Experience
- 10+ years of overall IT experience with significant SAP Project Management experience.
- Minimum 3 successful end-to-end SAP implementation projects as Project Manager.
- At least one or more SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementation projects is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of GROW with SAP and RISE with SAP offerings and cloud transformation strategies.
- Experience with SAP Activate methodology, Fit-to-Standard workshops, and Agile project delivery.
- Positive understanding of SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud architecture, implementation lifecycle, and SAP Best Practices.
- Knowledge of SAP Business Technology Platform (SAP BTP), SAP Integration Suite, SAP Fiori, and cloud integrations is desirable.
- Strong stakeholder management with experience engaging CXO-level business leaders.
- Excellent project planning, budgeting, resource management, vendor management, and governance skills.
- Strong communication, leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or SAP Project Management certification preferred.
- SAP S/4HANA Cloud certification or SAP Activate certification is an added advantage.
