Job Title: SAP PP/QM Consultant

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced SAP PP/QM Consultant with strong domain expertise in Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management (QM). The candidate should possess hands-on experience in SAP configuration, integration with other modules, ABAP knowledge, and the ability to manage third-party/non-SAP applications. The role also involves handling audits, ensuring compliance, and conducting periodic system reviews and improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

1. SAP PP/QM Functional Expertise

- Lead and support SAP PP & QM module implementations, rollouts, and enhancements.
- Configure and customize PP processes such as MRP, BOM, Routing, Production Orders, Capacity Planning.
- Configure QM processes including Quality Planning, Inspection Processing, Quality Notifications, and Audit Management.
- Provide business solutions aligned with manufacturing and quality processes.

2. Customization & Configuration

- Perform end-to-end configuration of SAP PP/QM modules based on business requirements.
- Prepare Functional Specifications (FS) for developments and enhancements.
- Coordinate with technical team for RICEF objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms).

3. Integration Knowledge

- Strong understanding of integration with other SAP modules such as MM, SD, PM, and FI.
- Ensure seamless data flow across modules for production and quality processes.
- Troubleshoot cross-module issues and provide effective solutions.

4. ABAP Knowledge

- Basic to intermediate ABAP knowledge for debugging and understanding custom programs.
- Work closely with ABAP team to validate developments and ensure business requirements are met.

5. Third-Party Application Management

- Manage and support integration with non-SAP systems (LIMS, external quality and production booking systems, etc.).




- Ensure smooth data exchange and system compatibility.
- Coordinate with external vendors for issue resolution and enhancements.

6. Audit & Compliance

- Handle internal and external audits (IT, process, and quality audits).
- Ensure system compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
- Maintain proper documentation for audit readiness.

7. Support & Continuous Improvement

- Provide L2/L3 support for SAP PP/QM related issues.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement preventive measures.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in production and quality processes.

8. Periodic Review & Governance

- Support and manage IT and business audits including ICFR, SOX, ISO, VAPT, and other regulatory audits.
- Ensure system compliance with internal controls, policies, and statutory requirements.
- Prepare and maintain audit documentation, evidence, and control reports.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors for audit activities and timely closure of observations.
- Identify control gaps and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Conduct periodic access reviews, risk assessments, and compliance checks.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Strong domain knowledge in manufacturing processes and quality management.
- Hands-on experience in SAP PP and QM module configuration.
- Valuable understanding of SAP integration with MM, SD, PM, FI modules.
- Experience in handling third-party/non-SAP application integrations.
- Knowledge of audit processes, compliance, and documentation standards.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

- SAP Certification in PP and/or QM module.
- Experience in S/4HANA environment.
- Exposure to LIMS, or other manufacturing/quality systems.

Pay: ₹1,300,000.00 - ₹1,600,000.00 per year
