SAP Monitoring & Tools Consultant

We are looking for an experienced SAP Monitoring & Tools Consultant with strong expertise in SAP Change Request Management (CHARM), SAP Solution Manager (SOLMAN), and SAP Cloud ALM (CALM) . The ideal candidate will be responsible for SAP monitoring, change management, IT service management, and administration of SAP monitoring tools.

Must-Have Skills

- Strong hands-on experience with SAP CHARM
- Expert-level knowledge of SAP Solution Manager (SOLMAN)
- Strong experience with SAP Cloud ALM (CALM)
- Experience in SAP system monitoring, alert management, and incident/problem monitoring
- Experience configuring and managing SAP monitoring and change-management processes
- Understanding of SAP ITSM, change control, and release management processes
- Ability to troubleshoot monitoring and tool-related issues and coordinate with SAP Basis/application teams

Valuable-to-Have Skills

- SAP Basis knowledge and troubleshooting experience




- Experience with SAP system administration and technical monitoring
- Knowledge of SAP landscape management and transport processes
- Exposure to SAP S/4HANA environments

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and monitor SAP landscapes using SOLMAN and Cloud ALM
- Configure and support CHARM workflows and change-management processes
- Monitor SAP systems, interfaces, jobs, performance, and availability
- Manage alerts, incidents, and escalations related to SAP monitoring
- Support SAP change, release, and transport management activities
- Analyze monitoring issues and coordinate with Basis and functional teams for resolution
- Maintain monitoring configurations, dashboards, reports, and documentation
- Continuously improve SAP monitoring and operational processes

Ideal Candidate We are specifically looking for a tool-focused expert in CHARM, SOLMAN, and CALM . Strong SAP Basis knowledge is advantageous but is not the primary focus of the role.

Experience: 8+ years preferred
