Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP FICO Consultant with 8+ years of hands-on experience in SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO). The candidate will be responsible for SAP FICO implementation, configuration, support, enhancements, integration, and business process optimization.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of SAP Finance processes and experience working with business stakeholders to analyze requirements, design solutions, configure SAP, and support end-to-end finance operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle SAP FICO implementation, rollout, enhancement, and production support activities.
- Configure and support SAP FI modules including:

- General Ledger (GL)

- Accounts Payable (AP)

- Accounts Receivable (AR)

- Asset Accounting (AA)

- Bank Accounting

- Taxation

- Automatic Payment Program

- Electronic Bank Statement
- Configure and support SAP CO processes including:

- Cost Center Accounting

- Profit Center Accounting

- Internal Orders

- Product Costing
- Profitability Analysis (CO-PA)
- Period-end and year-end closing




- Analyze business requirements and prepare functional specifications.
- Work closely with business users, technical teams, and other SAP functional teams.
- Perform configuration, testing, defect resolution, and deployment activities.
- Support integration of FICO with MM, SD, PP, and other SAP modules.
- Participate in data migration, reconciliation, and financial validation activities.
- Prepare functional documentation, test scripts, process documents, and user training materials.
- Provide production support and resolve incidents within agreed SLAs.
- Participate in month-end and year-end financial closing activities.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and SAP system optimization.

Required Skills

- 8+ years of hands-on experience in SAP FICO.
- Strong expertise in SAP FI and CO configuration.
- Good understanding of end-to-end financial accounting and controlling processes.
- Experience in SAP implementation, rollout, upgrade, or support projects.
- Strong knowledge of integration between FI/CO and MM, SD, and PP.
- Experience with business requirement gathering, gap analysis, configuration, testing, and production support.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
