Key Responsibilities
Contact potential and existing customers in the USA via phone.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable software solutions.
Explain product features, pricing, and benefits clearly.
Generate sales and achieve monthly targets.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Follow up with leads and convert them into successful sales.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
Collaborate with the support and technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Required Skills:
Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
Robust negotiation and convincing skills.
Ability to work in a target-driven workplace.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to work in flexible US shift timings.

Eligibility
Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass (Higher Secondary) or Above.
Excellent English communication skills are mandatory.
