Primary Responsibilities:
Lead by example through active participation in software design, coding, code reviews, debugging, troubleshooting, and implementation of complex features, ensuring engineering excellence and delivery quality across teams
Drive end-to-end delivery of strategic initiatives, including AI/ML, digital modernization, client implementations, regulatory, compliance, and operational excellence programs
Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Partners, Architects, Operations,
and Client Teams to define roadmaps, prioritize work, and ensure successful execution of commitments
Establish engineering best practices, coding standards, quality gates, operational readiness processes, and software development governance across teams
Drive adoption of AI-powered engineering practices, automation, developer productivity tools, and data-driven decision-making to improve delivery efficiency and quality
Lead, mentor, coach, and develop engineering talent; support performance management, growth opportunities, succession planning, hiring, and organizational capability development
Partner with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate technical, operational, delivery, compliance, security, and business risks
Ensure adherence to enterprise architecture standards, security policies, regulatory requirements, AI governance, and software development best practices
