Job Title: Customer Service ( Pune)

We are seeking a motivated Customer Service / Sales Assistant to support our business operations in India. The role involves assisting the sales team, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring smooth coordination between clients and internal departments.

Key Responsibilities
Customer support: Respond to client inquiries and provide timely assistance.
Sales assistance: Prepare quotations, follow up on orders, and support sales activities.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and reports.
Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.
Administrative tasks: Provide general support to the sales team and management.





Requirements:
Language skills: Fluent in English; proficiency in local languages is a plus.
Experience: Prior experience in customer service or sales support preferred.
Skills: Robust communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
Attitude: Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
Tech literacy: Comfortable with MS Office and online communication tools.

Pay: ₹55,000.00 per month
