Roles and Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital platforms.
Monitor campaign performance and improve key metrics such as CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates.
Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and campaign testing.
Manage advertising budgets and ensure maximum return on investment.
Generate leads and sales through performance-driven marketing strategies.
Collaborate with the creative team for ad creatives, landing pages, and campaign assets.
Prepare performance reports and provide actionable insights.
Track conversions using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Pixel.
Key Result Areas:
Achieve monthly lead generation and revenue targets.
Reduce Cost Per Lead (CPL) and Cost Per Acquisition (CPA).
Improve Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
Increase website traffic, conversions, and qualified leads.
Maintain campaign performance within approved budgets.
Deliver accurate weekly and monthly performance reports.
Optimize conversion rates across digital channels.
