Job Summary

Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical Leadership
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of backend developers.
Provide technical direction, best practices, and code quality standards.
Participate in architectural discussions and technical decision-making.

Backend Development
Build and manage RESTful APIs and microservices.
Ensure system performance, scalability, and security.

Architecture & System Design
Implement best practices for database design, caching, and performance optimization.
Work on system scalability, fault tolerance, and reliability.

Code Quality & Reviews
Conduct code reviews and enforce clean code and documentation standards.
Establish and maintain coding guidelines and development processes.
Ensure adherence to security and compliance standards.

Database & Infrastructure
Work with SQL and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc.).




Collaborate with DevOps teams on deployment, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud infrastructure.
Optimize database queries and backend performance.

Collaboration & Delivery
Work closely with Product Managers, Frontend Developers, QA, and DevOps teams.
Translate product requirements into technical solutions.
Ensure timely delivery of high-quality product features.

Required Skills & Qualifications
7+ years of overall backend development experience.
6+ years of hands-on experience with Node.js.
Solid experience working in a product-based company.
Expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript and backend frameworks (Express.js, NestJS, etc.).
Solid understanding of REST APIs, microservices, and event-driven architecture.
Solid experience with databases (MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL).
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Knowledge of Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and version control (Git).
