Key Responsibilities
Handle vehicle and cargo insurance claims from registration to settlement.
Coordinate with insurance companies, surveyors, workshops, and transport teams.
Collect and verify all required claim documents (FIR, RC, DL, invoice, POD, photos, etc.).
Track claim progress and ensure timely closure.
Follow up with insurance companies for approvals and settlements.
Maintain claim records, MIS reports, and claim dashboards.
Coordinate with operations, fleet, and finance teams for claim-related activities.
Ensure compliance with company and insurance guidelines.
Resolve claim-related queries from internal stakeholders and vendors.
Support insurance policy renewals and maintain policy records.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
