Prepare ingredients (washing, cutting, chopping, marinating, portioning).
Follow standard recipes and production schedules.
Assist CDP and Sous Chef during food preparation and service.
Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portion control.
Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
Follow FIFO, FEFO, and food storage procedures.
Adhere to food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards.
Report equipment faults or maintenance issues immediately.
Minimize food wastage and maintain cost awareness.
Support stock receiving and inventory checks.
Work collaboratively with other kitchen sections.
Perform any additional duties assigned by the reporting chef.
Pay: ₹20,010.93 - ₹28,088.21 per month
