Responsibilities:
Quantity Surveying
Prepare quantity take-offs from approved drawings.
Prepare and verify Bills of Quantities (BOQ).
Measure quantities for Civil, Interior, MEP, and Finishing works.
Verify site measurements before billing.
Maintain measurement sheets and quantity records.
Prepare quantity reconciliation reports.

Client Billing
Prepare Running Account (RA) Bills.
Prepare Final Bills upon project completion.
Submit bills as per contractual milestones.
Coordinate with clients and consultants for bill certification.
Track billing approvals and payment status.
Resolve billing-related queries.

Vendor & Contractor Billing
Verify subcontractor measurements.




Check contractor and vendor invoices against work executed.
Process vendor RA Bills and Final Bills.
Recommend bills for payment after verification.
Maintain vendor billing records.

Cost Control
Monitor project costs against approved budgets.
Track cost variations and identify overruns.
Assist in preparing project cost reports.
Support commercial planning and profitability analysis.
Highlight commercial risks to management.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
