Role Description

Qualifications
Proficiency in jewellery production processes, techniques, and materials
Ability to oversee and manage production teams to meet deadlines
Strong understanding of quality assurance and control in manufacturing
Experience in inventory management and supply chain coordination




Problem-solving skills and ability to implement process improvements
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Knowledge of industry standards and trends in jewellery design and production
Bachelor’s degree in jewellery design, manufacturing, or a related field (preferred)
Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software and other relevant tools (a plus)
Prior experience in a managerial role within the jewellery industry is an advantage

Major skills:
3+ years of Retail Luxury Goods and Jewelry experience
3+ years of experience in Production

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
