They coordinate with different departments, manage production staff, optimize resources, and ensure compliance with safety and company policies. The Production Manager also monitors production schedules, controls costs, resolves operational issues, and implements continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and product quality.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
