Key Responsibilities

Business Development
Identify, approach, and onboard referral partners including pharmacies, clinics, hospitals, diagnostic centers, wellness centers, gyms, insurance advisors, and corporate organizations.
Generate recent business prospects through field visits, networking, and strategic partnerships.
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
Drive revenue growth through partnerships and business development initiatives.

Corporate Sales




Present and pitch Gleuhr’s services to corporates and institutions.
Generate leads and schedule client meetings.
Negotiate commercial terms and close business opportunities.
Manage the sales process from lead generation to successful onboarding.

Partner Network Development
Build and manage a referral partner ecosystem.
Train partners on Gleuhr services and referral processes.
Ensure regular engagement and activation of partners.
Monitor partner performance and support revenue generation.

Reporting & Target Achievement
Maintain CRM and sales records.
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
Achieve assigned revenue and partnership targets.
