We are seeking a agile, results-oriented Sales & Marketing Enthusiast to join our team. The

role involves generating leads, building client relationships, and driving sales while also supporting

communication skills, a creative approach to problem-solving, and the ability to meet targets in a

competitive market.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Pipeline Building
Develop strategies to consistently bring high-quality leads.
Build, manage, and optimise CRM systems to track leads and conversions.
Create structured sales funnels and nurture journeys.

Sales Strategy & Execution:
Design detailed sales plans and execute them end-to-end.
Understand client pain points and position solutions effectively.
Own the full cycle:



prospecting → pitching → follow-ups → closing deals.

Consumer Psychology & Influence:
Craft persuasive messaging that aligns with client motivations.
Use storytelling and emotional triggers to improve closing rates.

Collaboration & Reporting:
Work with marketing to align lead-gen campaigns.
Track, analyse, and report sales performance with explicit KPIs.
Continuously suggest improvements for higher conversion

Requirements:
2 yrs to 4 yrs

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
