Purchase Executive
Research potential vendors
Evaluate vendor’s quotation to ensure that they are in line with the technical and commercial specifications required for the project
Negotiate contract terms and pricing
Track orders and ensure timely delivery
Review quality of purchased products
Enter order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases
Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices
Prepare reports on purchases,



including cost analyses
Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed
Coordinate with office boys to ensure proper storage
Support and coordinate with the various departments particularly with GEM, Technical Support and accounts with ease
Attend trade shows and exhibitions to stay up-to-date with industry trends

Skills / Qualifications
Graduate in Any Discipline
Experience - Minimum 6 months to 1 Year Experience as Purchase executive in IT domain:
Skills - Detail oriented, Negotiation skill, Proficient in excel, Proactive, Decision Making
