Key Responsibilities
Welcome customers and provide excellent customer service.
Take customer orders and serve ice cream, shakes, and desserts.
Handle billing and cash/POS transactions accurately.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation of the store.
Ensure products are displayed and stocked as per company standards.
Follow food safety and operational guidelines.
Assist in daily opening and closing store activities.
Work collaboratively with the team to deliver a excellent customer experience.
Minimum qualification: 10th/12th Pass.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
Ability to work in rotational shifts and weekends.
Honest, punctual, and customer-focused.
