About the Role:
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily activities of on-site workers.
Maintain attendance, entry, and exit records for staff, visitors, and materials.
Manage workforce allocation, shift scheduling, and task assignments.
Implement and monitor safety procedures and ensure compliance with safety standards.
Oversee site security and surveillance systems to ensure a safe working environment.
Supervise gate operations, including entry and exit of personnel and goods.
Prepare daily reports on site operations, workforce performance, and incidents.
Report and document any accidents, safety violations, or unusual occurrences.
Coordinate with management and other departments for smooth operational flow.
Ensure all site activities comply with company policies and operational guidelines.

Required Skills:
Solid leadership and team management skills




Knowledge of field operations, safety, and compliance standards
Ability to handle workforce and resolve on-site issues efficiently
Excellent communication and reporting skills
Basic computer knowledge for record keeping and reporting
Attention to detail and proactive problem-solving mindset
Ability to work independently and manage multiple sites if required

Educational Qualifications:
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Management, Mechanical, Civil, or related field.
Relevant experience in field, factory, or commercial site supervision preferred.
