Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily packaging operations.
Manage and allocate work to packaging staff.
Ensure production targets are achieved efficiently.
Maintain daily production and packaging records.
Perform data entry and update stock records.
Conduct stock verification and inventory audits.
Handle inventory movement and documentation.
Complete production reports and other paperwork accurately.
Ensure hygiene, cleanliness, and workplace discipline are maintained.




Coordinate with production and management for smooth operations.
Monitor attendance and productivity of packaging staff.

Required Skills:
Manpower handling and team supervision.
Task planning and work distribution.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, MS Word).
Basic English reading and writing for documentation.
Data entry and record maintenance.
Stock management and inventory handling.
Positive communication and organizational skills.

Qualification
Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
Diploma holders with relevant experience may also apply.

Experience
Minimum 2 years of experience in packaging, production, warehouse, or manufacturing supervision.
Local resident of Moradabad or nearby areas.
Responsible, disciplined, and trustworthy.
Willing to grow with a startup company and take ownership of responsibilities.
