Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the UI/UX and Product Design team, ensuring high-quality design delivery.
Define and implement the overall product design strategy and vision.
Create user-centric designs, wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups.
Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Developers, QA Teams, and Business Stakeholders.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze user feedback to improve product experiences.
Establish and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI standards.
Mentor and guide UI/UX designers, providing regular feedback and performance support.
Coordinate project timelines, assign tasks, and ensure timely delivery of design milestones.
Stay updated with the latest design trends, technologies, and industry best practices.
Present design concepts and recommendations to management and stakeholders.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
