Area Sales Manager - Chennai
We are hiring an Area Sales Manager to drive sales growth across Chennai. The role involves managing field sales teams, expanding distribution, and ensuring achievement of monthly targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and support sales teams in both regions
Achieve monthly sales and order targets
Develop distributor and retailer networks
Monitor performance and guide field staff
Conduct market visits to identify prospects
Ensure smooth order execution and reporting
Requirements:
6+ years FMCG sales experience
Experience in team handling and channel sales
Robust leadership and communication skills
Local market knowledge preferred
Pay: From ₹35,000.00 per month
Experience:
FMCG: 5 years (required)
