Position: Business Development Manager (BDM)

Key Responsibilities Business Development & Lead Generation
Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Develop recent business prospects in the US Healthcare, SaaS, and IT services sectors.

Client Acquisition & Sales
Conduct discovery calls and client meetings.
Understand client requirements and present customized business solutions.
Negotiate contracts and close deals.
Build long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.

CRM & Sales Reporting
Manage leads, follow-ups, and opportunities using CRM tools such as HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Salesforce, or Apollo.io.
Maintain accurate sales records and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
Track KPIs, conversion rates, and revenue targets.





Market Research & Strategy
Research industry trends, competitors, and emerging market opportunities.
Develop strategies to improve lead generation and sales conversion.
Collaborate with internal teams to create effective sales campaigns.

Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, or Client Acquisition.
Proven experience in the US or international market.
Robust background in SaaS, IT Services, Healthcare, or service-based industries.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Target-driven with the ability to work independently.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with US healthcare clients or enterprise SaaS customers.
Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or Salesforce.
Experience managing the complete B2B sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
