INTERNAL HIRING – PLACEMENT MANAGER
Position: Placement Manager
Function: Placement / Business Development
Reporting To: Placement / Business Head
Key Responsibilities1. Business Connects & Placement Drives
- Develop new employer connects within the BFSI sector on a regular basis.
- Plan and conduct monthly visits to existing and prospective employers/hirers.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing employers and continuously develop new business relationships.
- Generate and coordinate 1–2 placement drives per day, wherever business and candidate availability permits.
- Ensure placement drives are conducted in locations/districts where eligible candidates are available.
- Maintain active employer connects and ensure regular engagement and successful placement drives.
- Identify current hiring requirements and convert them into placement opportunities.
2. Candidate & Alumni Association
- Share complete job details with the Placement Coordinator, including job role, CTC, location, interview date and interview venue.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure appropriate candidate alignment for interviews.
- Ensure immediate collection and communication of interview results after each drive.
- Support candidates with documentation, offer letters and onboarding formalities wherever required.
- Manage candidate communication groups and resolve placement-related queries.
- Conduct or coordinate pre-interview preparation, including interview tips, expected questions and role-specific guidance.
- Collect HR/business feedback regarding candidate performance and share relevant feedback internally.
- Maintain professional engagement with placed candidates and alumni wherever required.
3. Learning & Development
- Participate in regular training programmes to enhance placement, business development and market knowledge.
