- Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements (Balance Sheet, P&L;, Cash Flow).
- Ensure compliance with Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) and IFRS where applicable.
- Conduct statutory, internal, and tax audits.
- Verify accuracy of accounts and ensure they present a true and fair view of the organization’s financial position.
- Handle Income Tax, GST, TDS, and other statutory filings.
- Represent clients before tax authorities and provide tax planning strategies.
- Analyze production costs, implement cost-control measures, and advise on pricing strategies.
- Assist in company formation, mergers, acquisitions, restructuring, and liquidation.
- Provide guidance on corporate governance and compliance.
- Advise businesses on budgeting, investment planning, and risk management.
- Act as a management consultant to optimize resource utilization and profitability.

Pay: From ₹50,000.00 per month
