? Role Overview

As a Data Analytics Specialist, you will be responsible for analyzing business data, developing meaningful reports, monitoring performance, and identifying insights that can help improve business operations and outcomes.

? Key Responsibilities
- Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities.
- Gather and prepare data from various internal and external sources.
- Clean and organize datasets to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
- Develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations for business teams.
- Monitor important business metrics and KPIs.
- Work with stakeholders to understand analytical requirements.




- Present findings and recommendations in a simple and understandable manner.
- Identify areas where data can help improve processes and performance.
- Conduct regular data quality checks and resolve inconsistencies.
- Assist in developing data-driven strategies and business solutions.

?️ Required Skills
- Strong analytical and logical thinking.
- Good knowledge of
Excel or Google Sheets

- Understanding of data cleaning, analysis, and visualization.
- Familiarity with
SQL
.
- Experience with
Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools
is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of
Python/R
is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
