Open Positions

1. Senior Real Estate Sales Advisor

? Salary: ₹15,000/month + performance incentives

2. Real Estate Sales & Lead Executive

? Salary: ₹12,500/month + performance incentives

3. Digital Marketing & Lead Generation Executive

? Salary: ₹12,500/month + performance incentives

What we're looking for

We prefer candidates who have:
- Previous experience in
real estate sales, property advisory, brokerage or related sales
- Strong customer communication and follow-up skills
- Experience in lead generation and conversion
- Ability to coordinate and conduct property site visits




- Knowledge of Kolkata / New Town / Rajarhat real estate market
is an advantage
- Digital and social media marketing knowledge
- Ability to use
WhatsApp Business, Instagram, Facebook, Google Business Profile and property portals
- Robust ownership, initiative and willingness to generate business
- Ability to work with targets and measurable KPIs
