We are seeking an experienced and agile Head of Brand and Campaign to lead our branding and marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in brand management, creative strategy, and campaign execution, particularly within the FMCG, retail, lifestyle, wellness, financial services, and D2C sectors. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record of driving brand growth and engagement.

Key Responsibilities
- Brand Strategy Development: Create and implement comprehensive brand strategies that align with the company's vision and objectives.
- Campaign Management: Oversee the planning, execution,



and analysis of marketing campaigns across multiple channels to ensure brand consistency and effectiveness.
- Creative Leadership: Lead the creative team to develop innovative and impactful marketing materials and campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
- Market Research: Conduct market analysis to identify consumer trends, insights, and competitive landscape to inform brand positioning and strategy.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product development, sales, and other departments to ensure alignment and support for marketing initiatives.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve strategic goals.
