Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the Operation Theatre (OT) department, ensuring smooth functioning and effective use of resources.
- Coordinate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, nurses, and other medical staff to ensure seamless patient care during surgical procedures.
- Monitor OT scheduling and manage emergency situations effectively to minimize delays or disruptions.
- Maintain accurate records of patient data, treatment plans, and outcomes.
Job Requirements :
- 10-12 years of experience in ICU/Operation Theater management or related field.
- Strong knowledge of OT protocols, policies, and standards.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
