Role Description
The Territory Sales Manager (MBA Fresher – up to 5 years experience) is a full-time,



on-site role based in Bengaluru North. This role involves driving sales and business growth for NoBrokerHood across assigned territories, including identifying prospective societies, presenting product offerings, and closing deals. The Territory Sales Manager will conduct regular meetings and product demonstrations for resident welfare associations and management committees, manage the end-to-end sales cycle, and maintain strong relationships with existing clients for renewals and upselling. Daily responsibilities include lead follow-up, pipeline management, coordination with internal teams for smooth onboarding and implementation, and tracking performance against sales targets. The role also includes collecting feedback from clients, staying updated on market trends and competitors, and representing NoBrokerHood professionally in all external interactions.
