Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimise lead-generation campaigns across Google, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Develop targeted paid advertising strategies for BIEDX courses, fellowships, workshops, and educational programs.
- Conduct audience research, campaign targeting, retargeting, A/B testing, and conversion optimisation.
- Manage and optimise advertising budgets with a focus on lead quality, CPL, conversion rate, CPA, and ROI/ROAS.
- Develop and implement an effective SEO strategy to improve BIEDX's organic visibility, website traffic, and course enquiries.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, on-page SEO, content optimisation, internal linking, and other relevant SEO activities.
- Analyse the complete lead funnel from ad/search → landing page → enquiry → follow-up → enrolment and identify opportunities to improve conversions.
- Set up and monitor tracking and analytics using tools such as GA4, Google Tag Manager,



Google Ads conversion tracking, Meta Pixel, and LinkedIn Insight Tag.
- Provide regular performance reports with clear insights, metrics, and recommendations.
- Work closely with the BIEDX management, business development, design, and content teams to align marketing campaigns with business objectives.
- Continuously identify recent opportunities to improve lead generation and reduce acquisition costs.

Required Experience & Skills
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, digital advertising, lead generation, or a related field.
- Strong practical experience with:
- Google Ads
- Meta Ads / Facebook Ads / Instagram Ads
- LinkedIn Ads
- SEO
- Lead-generation campaigns
- Conversion and funnel optimisation
- Strong understanding of audience targeting, remarketing, campaign optimisation, and performance analytics.
- Experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking
