Palmonas is looking to hire new members for the Retail Expansion team, each managing an individual region: North, East, West, & South.

Candidate Overview:
- Experience: 8 to 12 years in Business Development and Retail Expansion.
- Preferred Background: Leading retail / D2C brands

Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
- Have a genuine passion for retail growth and market expansion.
- Maintain a proven track record in site acquisition and network growth.
- Identify, evaluate, and secure prime commercial and retail spaces.
- Demonstrate extensive field exposure with a willingness to travel and build a pipeline of 500+ high-street locations across Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities.
- Expertly negotiate commercial terms, lease rentals, and revenue-sharing models with landlords and mall management.
- Apply robust analytical skills to assess store viability and location potential using retail business metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive Retail business expansion objectives.
